CK’S Super Valu is currently the only Cash and Carry outlet on the Island of Grenada. It was opened in 1995 as an extension of Independence Agencies, with the intention of better servicing the Hotels and Restaurants, as well as the food service outlets on the Island. Besides offering a wide range of food and household items to the general public, orders can also be placed either by phone or Fax and delivered free to most of our customers in the St. George’s area the same day or by the following day. Visiting yachts can also take advantage of the convenience as they can purchase in bulk for their yachts and ships stores, and the orders can be delivered free to the boatyards for them. CK’s Super Valu is also a one stop wholesale outlet for small Retailers and Homeowners or medical students at the St. George’s University, who want to take advantage of the bulk prices, as they can purchase a large variety of groceries, including dairy and frozen meats, at prices lower than the regular retail prices. Single items can also be purchased if requested, but are sold at the regular retail prices as available elsewhere at other retail outlets.
The widest selection of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages is also found at CK’s and it is the ideal place to shop when planning any type of party or social function. This includes disposable cutlery, glasses and plates, all under one roof, and one of the few places where a wide range of brands of beer and sodas and juices can be purchased by the cases or by 6-packs. There is also a wide selection of kitchen and bathroom paper products, cleaning and laundry products and toiletry, as well as a variety of car care products and motor oils.
